Labor
$35.00
per man-hour for the first eight hours per day.
$52.50 per man-hour for all hours worked in excess of eight hours
per day.

Holidays
$70.00
per man-hour on all holidays. These include New Year's Day, Easter,
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and day
after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Sat.
& Sun
$52.50
per man-hour on all Saturdays and Sundays unless on a Holiday. |

Labor
will include travel and loading time. Rates plus lodging will
be charged for all days with a minimum of eight hours per day
that our technicians are required to remain in the vicinity
of the job, even though they may not be working. This will include
weekends
and other layovers due to work availability, power failures,
labor problems, bad weather, or any other delays beyond our
reasonable control.

Equipment Charges
Vulcanizing machines
and accessories $160.00 per day.
Belt winder and accessories when required $160.00 per day.

Prices Include
All
hand tools, belt blocks, stripping devices, come-a-longs for tension
and insurance. (Splicing and repair materials are billed at $9.00
PIW on Grade ll and MOR belts and $18.50 PIW on EPDM belts.)

CUSTOMER IS NORMALLY EXPECTED TO FURNISH THE FOLLOWING:
Belts
installed on conveyors (unless Tenn_Tom Rubber and Belting Co.
has total installation job) Necessary help as needed (1-2) men
unless otherwise specified, working platform or scaffolding,if
necessary; handling equipment for vulcanizers, shelter if needed,
and tensioning of belts that can not be handled with pull lifts
normally furnished.
