The Tri-Return Training Idler uses a unique arrangement of three idlers
on a center pivot sub-frame to keep belts in line. And to make it more
effective, the idlers are rubber covered to reduce slippage. The Tri-Return
conforms to the belt's natural cup, contracting its entire width for better
support and control. If the belt tries to run off, the Tri-Return pivots and
uses the belt's own force to re-align it. It installs easily, replacing
existing idlers in minutes.
