Our
goal is to perform quality and safe field service in the
most efficient and timely manner possible in order to
minimize your down time. To do this, our service trucks
are fully equipped with electrical generators, belt winder,
vulcanizes, air compressor and job box. Our belt winders
are capable of removing the old belt while simultaneously
pulling on 1000 feet of new belt within ten minutes. We
provide 24 hour emergency call out service. All our technicians
carry pagers allowing them to be diverted to your job
site as quickly as possible.
Each
service team consists of two technicians and a fully equipped
service truck. It generally takes 5-7 hours to install,
splice and vulcanize on belt. This time is influenced
by the location of the conveyor and assistance provided
by the customer. We expect the customer to furnish necessary
lifting equipment for handling the conveyor belt and our
field equipment. All turnkey jobs we quote will include
the trade in of the old belt unless other arrangements
are made. This allows you to avoid expensive handling
and landfill costs to properly dispose of the old belt.
